General Services are charged on a per hour basis.
Consultantcy, Planning, Coordinating & Managing
the move is billed at $50.00 per hour.
Packing services undertaken by Changing
Places other than the sale of antiques and collectables
are billed at the following rates:
$35...per person per hour.
$70 ..per hour for two people working
at a time
$100 per hour for three people working
at a time
$125 per hour for four people working at a time
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the maximum span of a work day, Monday
to Friday, is six hours.
When a move makes "downsizing" necessary, sales of antiques, collectables, furniture, and secondhand items
are undertaken for the commission of twenty percent (20%) of the
selling price. The client has the right to set a minimum price after
an evaluation.
The cost of evaluation is the sole responsibility of the client.
If the evaluation is intially paid for by Changing
Places, those costs will be added to the bill.
Receipt of an advance payment of $250.00 (eight hours of Changing
Places' time) is required. This advance will be
used to cover any out-of-pocket expenses. Any balance remaining
will be deducted from the client's refund.
Should the client decide for any reason to terminate the services
of Changing Places before
the completion of relocation services, any costs not covered by
the advance will be paid by client.
